e-power systems

Advanced power made practical

We turn any vehicle into a self-contained mobile business

Allied's E-Power Shop builds the power system, the workspace, and the vehicle around it — so your crew pulls up, plugs into nothing, and works a full day. No generator. No propane. No idling.

What the E-Power Shop does

Two ways to electrify a work vehicle

Most shops do one or the other. We do both, under one roof, on the same build — because the right answer depends on what your day actually looks like.

Pillar 01

Electrify the work

The engine drives. The batteries work.

A conventional gas or diesel chassis gets you to the site. Once you're parked, a lithium (LiFePO₄) system runs everything you came to do — for a full working day, in silence.

  • Three-battery LiFePO₄ system sized to the actual load, not a catalog number
  • Climate, heat, water, lighting, dryers, vacuums, tools and diagnostics
  • Touchscreen control with waterproof hard buttons as backup
  • Wired-in 30-amp shore inlet — top up overnight at the shop or at home
  • Positive-pressure electronics cabinet keeps water and dust out of the electronics

Works on any chassis you already buy and already know how to service. This is the bigger half of our business.

Pillar 02

Electrify the vehicle

Factory EV platforms, upfit properly.

Fleets moving to electric chassis need an upfitter who understands high-voltage systems, payload budgets, and what a body does to real-world range. We build on them every week.

  • Ford E-Transit, Mercedes-Benz eSprinter, F-150 Lightning and comparable platforms
  • Weight and payload planning before the first bracket is cut
  • Auxiliary power that doesn't fight the traction battery
  • Charging, shore power and depot planning guidance
  • Municipal, utility and Vision Zero fleet experience

Also a straight answer when an EV chassis is the wrong tool for the route. We'll tell you.

Inside the system

Engineered as one system, not assembled from parts

Anyone can bolt a battery to a wall. The difference is what happens on day 400 — in the rain, in the cold, with a tech who needs to fix it in an hour.

Power sized to the job

We start from your equipment list and your duty cycle, then size the bank, the alternator, the inverter and the charging path to match. Undersized systems are the number one reason mobile businesses go back to generators.

One screen, real control

A 7″ touchscreen shows state of charge, load, water levels and system health at a glance — with waterproof physical buttons for the things you need when your hands are wet.

Protected electronics

A sealed, positive-pressure electronics cabinet. Water, hair, dust and shampoo stay out of the components that cost the most to replace.

Shore power, wired in

A wired-in 30-amp shore inlet with cord and 15-amp adapter. Plug in at the shop, at the house, at the event — no extension cord through a window.

Serviceable by design

Aluminum, stainless and composite construction. QR codes throughout the vehicle link a technician straight to the documentation for the part in front of them.

Built to be lived in

All-season climate control, MERV filtration, sensible lighting, and a layout planned around how the work actually flows — not around where the brackets were easy.

Component specifications current as of August 2026 — confirm details with an Allied specialist before ordering.

e-spa

The flagship build · proof the system works

The mobile grooming van that never idles

The e-spa is where we proved all of it. A complete grooming salon in a high-roof van, with every piece of equipment on battery power — climate, heat, dryers, water, lighting and tools running a full day of appointments without a generator, without propane, and without the engine running.

It's the most demanding mobile business we build for. Water everywhere, high-draw dryers, a groomer who can't afford a downtime day. Everything we learned making that work goes into every other vehicle that leaves this shop.

The E-Power Configurator

Price your build in about five minutes

Pick a platform, tell us what the vehicle has to do, choose your options — and get a real number, plus a request that lands with our team the same day. No phone tag, no waiting a week for an estimate.

Step 01

Choose your platform — Sprinter, ProMaster or Transit high roof

Step 02

Tell us the job — grooming, veterinary, work station or something else

Step 03

Standard package or fully custom — then pick your options

Step 04

Review your estimate and send it to us with one click

Pricing shown in the configurator excludes taxes, local fees and licensing. Vehicle pricing is an estimate and is completed through our preferred dealer.

How a build happens

From first call to keys in hand

Step one

Scope the day

What equipment, how many hours, how many stops, what climate. Everything downstream comes from this conversation — and it's usually 20 minutes.

Step two

Configure & price

Standard package or custom. You can do this yourself in the configurator, or with a specialist. Either way you leave with a number.

Step three

Chassis & build

We complete the build through our preferred dealer so the chassis is sold to you as a new vehicle, with the full package on one invoice. We keep standard units on the ground or already in process.

Step four

Delivery & support

Hands-on orientation, documentation, and a support portal that stays with the vehicle for its whole life.

After delivery

Support that comes with the van

A mobile business that can't work today isn't a business today. Our support is built around getting you back out — not around opening a ticket.

01

Secure owner portal. Documentation, how-to videos, replacement-part ordering and service requests, in one login.

02

QR codes throughout the vehicle. Scan the part in front of you and get its documentation, not a 200-page PDF.

01

Tracked support tickets by phone, text or email — so nothing gets lost in someone's inbox.

01

Remote diagnostics login for technicians, so a lot of problems get solved without a trip.
