Job Overview: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive calendars, preparing reports and presentations, and performing various administrative duties.

Executive Assistant Position Responsibilities & Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Conduct research on various topics and provide recommendations to the executive team
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences
• Answer and screen phone calls and emails and respond to inquiries as required
• Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and communication
• Check in vehicles and coordinate with shop employees
• Greet customers, and answer phones
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in the transportation industry or a related field is preferred

Compensation: $21 per hour. Medical insurance covered by employer covering employee, spouse, and dependents.

Lot Attendant Position Requirements & Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities: 

• Safely move vehicles around our facility
• Drive a forklift to move parts and equipment
• Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the lot clean and organized

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have experience driving a forklift
• Must be reliable and able to work independently

We produce completed vocational vehicles by fabricating and/or installing shelving interiors, flatbeds, electronics, hydraulics and much more to existing vehicles. Under regular supervision, shop technician will do such work, read instructions, and troubleshoot repairs. The variety of equipment installs is vast, and shop technician needs to be flexible, and well accustomed to working on custom applications. 

Shop Technician Position Requirements: 

• Does not require previous experience in truck equipment installation but will require general mechanical, electrical, and tool knowledge.
• Welding certification is not required, but welding experience is a plus.
• Requires shop technician owned basic mechanical tools to compliment the vast array of shop owned tools that are used each day. 
• Requires ability to lift 50lbs throughout production
• Requires the ability to operate hand and power tools
• Requires the ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment in a neat and organized manner.
• Requires communication with fellow technicians and supervisor
