Responsibilities:
- Install van equipment, shelving, partitions, and accessories to customer specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow work orders, diagrams, and safety guidelines
- Communicate with your supervisor and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements:
- General mechanical and electrical aptitude (aptitude test required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Job Overview: At Allied Body Works, our Truck Shop Technicians fabricate and install truck bodies and equipment that power industries across the region. If you’re a welder or skilled fabricator ready to work on high-quality upfits, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install and weld truck bodies, subframes, hitches, and accessories
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to drawings and specifications
- Operate hand and power tools
- Inspect and test completed installations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Requirements:
- Prior welding experience required (certification a plus)
- General mechanical and electrical aptitude (aptitude test required)
- Basic knowledge of 12V and 120V electrical systems
- Basic hose plumbing skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Perform warranty repairs in-shop and occasionally on-site

Job Overview: Lead the teams that build the custom vehicles Allied is known for. As Foreman / Project Manager, you’ll oversee production, service, and quality across our Truck and Van Shops, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to set the standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workflow, project scheduling, and labor planning
- Train, mentor, and coach technicians to develop skills across installation, welding, electrical work, plumbing, and troubleshooting
- Oversee quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications
- Coordinate effectively with sales, scheduling, purchasing, and leadership
- Resolve production challenges and drive process improvements
- Manage service and warranty work efficiently
- Document job progress, labor hours, materials usage, and production metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a production, truck equipment, or fabrication environment
- Mechanical background with strong working knowledge of:
1: Plumbing systems
2: Hydraulics
3: 12V and 120V electrical systems
4: Mechanical installation of truck bodies and van interiors
5: Basic welding and fabrication practices - Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in reading build sheets, schematics, and technical documentation
